# Free Spins

## Overview

The **Free Spins** page lets you reward users who are playing slot games right now. Two rewards can be given from it:

* **Bonus**: one winning round worth up to an amount you choose. Bonuses work on all slot games of supported providers.
* **Free Tour**: a set of free base spins at a fixed bet level that together pay close to an amount you choose. Free tours work on `PRAGMATIC` games only for now.

You can also cancel a bonus or a free tour that has not paid out yet.

## Opening the page

In the back office, open **Games → Free Spins**, or go to:\

If you do not see the menu item, the page has not been enabled for your agent. Ask your upline or support.

## Playing Users

The **Playing Users** table lists the users who are playing a slot game under your agent right now, with their game, balance, bet, total debit and credit, and RTP. It refreshes every 5 seconds. Admins choose the agent at the top of the table.

Each row has these buttons:

* **Bonus**: give the user a bonus on the game they are playing.
* **Free Tour**: give the user a free tour on that game. Shown only for games that support free tours.
* **Control RTP**: set the user's target RTP. See [Control RTP](https://my.nexusggr.com/app/docs/getting-started/back-office/control-rtp).

## Giving a Bonus

Click **Bonus** and fill in:

| Field       | Description                                                                 |
| ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Max Bet** | The highest total bet per spin, in your currency, at which the bonus round is given |
| **Amount**  | The most the bonus round pays, in your currency, with at most 2 decimals    |

How it works:

* **Amount** is taken from your agent balance as soon as you click **Give**.
* The bonus is given on the user's next round on that game at a total bet of **Max Bet** or less. That round pays between 70% and 100% of **Amount**.
* The user pays that round's bet as usual and gets its win like any other win.
* When the round ends, what it did not pay comes back to your agent balance.
* If the user already has a bonus on the game, the new one waits until the earlier ones are given.

## Giving a Free Tour

Click **Free Tour** and fill in:

| Field                  | Description                                                              |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Bet Level**          | The bet of each free spin: `1` is the game's minimum bet, `2` the next one, and so on |
| **Spins**              | Number of free spins, `1` – `1000`                                       |
| **Amount**             | Target payout of the whole tour, in your currency. The tour pays close to it, never more |
| **Expires in (hours)** | How long the tour stays playable, `1` – `720` hours                      |

How it works:

* What the tour will really pay is worked out when it is created and taken from your agent balance. Your balance must cover the full **Amount**.
* The user plays the free spins in that game without paying for them.
* If the tour expires or is canceled, what it has not paid comes back to your agent balance.
* A user can have only one tour on a game at a time.

## Bonuses and Free Tours tables

Below the users, the **Bonuses** and **Free Tours** tables show what was given, with its amount, what it has paid, and its status. Filter them by agent (admins only), user, game and date, then click **Search**.

**Bonus status**

| Status       | Meaning                                                        |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Creating** | Being sent to the game server                                  |
| **Waiting**  | Given, waiting for the user's next round within **Max Bet**    |
| **Running**  | The user is in the bonus round                                 |
| **Finished** | The bonus round is over                                        |
| **Refused**  | The game server refused it. All of the amount came back        |
| **Canceled** | Canceled. What it had not paid came back                       |

**Free tour status**

| Status       | Meaning                                                        |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active**   | Can be played. **Spins Left** shows how many spins remain      |
| **Finished** | All of its spins were played                                   |
| **Expired**  | Its time ran out. What it had not paid came back               |
| **Canceled** | Canceled. What it had not paid came back                       |
| **Failed**   | It could not be created                                        |

## Canceling

Click **Cancel** on a row of either table.

* **Bonus**: a waiting bonus is canceled at once, and all of its amount comes back. A running bonus can be canceled only once the user has left its round alone for a day.
* **Free Tour**: an active tour is canceled at once, and what it has not paid comes back.

**Cancel** is not shown for a bonus or tour that is already over.
