`method`	string	Yes	Must be `control_users_rtp`
`agent_code`	string	Yes	Your agent code
`agent_token`	string	Yes	Your agent API token
`user_codes`	string	Yes	Stringified JSON array of user codes. Codes of users that do not exist are skipped
`rtp`	number	Yes	Target RTP value (0 ~ 999), sent as a JSON number. Unless your agent is a promo agent, it must also be at most `99`, or at least `120` for a test agent

user_codes must be a stringified JSON array, not a native JSON array.
